Iran Khodro (Persian: ایرانخودرو), branded as IKCO, is an Iranian multinational automaker headquartered in Tehran. The company's original name was Iran National. IKCO was founded in 1962 and it produced 688,000 passenger cars in 2009. IKCO manufactures vehicles, including Samand, Peugeot and Renault cars, and trucks, minibuses and buses.
Iran Khodro was founded by Ahmad Khayami, with registered in the capital of 100,000,000 Rls, on August 29 1962 Aliakbar Khayami, Ahmad Khayami, Mahmoud Khayami, Marzieh Khayami and Zahra Seyedy Dashty, in Ekbatan world in Tehran.
