Sindh Highway 31, better known as Mehran Highway (Urdu: مهران شاہراہ, Sindhi: مِهِراڻ ُ هاءِوي) or Nawabshah–Kot Lalu–Kumb Road, is a provincial highway in Sindh province of Pakistan which connects Nawabshah to Khairpur. It passes through the towns and cities of Daur, Bandhi towns in Shaheed Benazir Abad District and Faiz Ganj (Pacca Chang), Kot lalu, Thari Mirwah, Ranipur in Khairpur District. Its distance from Nawabshah to Kumb is 131 kilometres (81 mi), which is 1 hour 58 minutes of travel. In the north end it merges with N5 and its distance from Ranipur to Nawabshah is 132.2 kilometres (82.1 mi), which is 1 hour 57 minutes of travel.
Before construction of the new Mehran Highway it was known as Kumb–Nawabshah Road. It was pending for seven years and caused heavy environmental pollution due to red tape and incomplete construction. This highway was constructed by the Government of Sindh. It was completed at the end of June 2015 and was funded by Asian Development Bank.
