Thari Mirwah (Sindhi: ٺري ميرواهه) or Thari (Sindhi: ٺري) is the capital city of Mirwah Subdivision (Mirwah taluka) in Khairpur District, Sindh, Pakistan.
Although the crime rate is very low in Thari Mirwah, sometimes incidents happen.
Like in other parts of Sindh the conditions of roads in Thari Mirwah is pitiable. However, rehabilitation of Thari-Setharja road is being carried out and some construction has been done. On the eastern side of Thari is a desert which is best known as Thar desert. A single road runs from Dhedano village to Savan gas field and here it turns into the gas company's blacktop highroad.
The newly constructed Mehran Highway is the only highway which connects Nawabshah District to Khairpur and passes through the jurisdictions of Thari Mirwah, Faiz Ganj, Bandhi, and Daur. Its was pending for seven years and caused heavy environmental pollution due to red tape and incomplete construction. After its completion it has been illegally used by the buses and coaches going to Panjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Fata, which has caused many accidents. A passenger bus of Uch Sharif Bahawalpur overturned and slipped off the road on Mehran highway near Sui Gas bus stop within the jurisdiction of Thari Mirwah police station.
