Rastko Ćirić (pronounced [rastko tɕiritɕ], Serbian Cyrillic: Растко Ћирић, born May 24, 1955, in Belgrade) is a Serbian multimedia artist and educator. He is a professor at the Faculty of Applied Arts at the University of Arts in Belgrade.

Ćirić was born in 1955 in Belgrade, Serbia, to the artists Miloš and Ida Ćirić. He graduated in 1979 from the University of Arts in Belgrade, and finished his postgraduate studies there in 1982. In 1991, he began working as a professor at the Faculty of Applied Arts at the university, which he is now the Vice-Rector of. In 1995, Ćirić co-founded the band The Rubber Soul Project, inspired by The Beatles. Ćirić has animated 14 films and has his art exhibited in several countries, including Slovenia, France, Poland, Japan, South Korea, and Belgium. He has illustrated the New York Times Book Review, and founded the Festival of European Student Animation FESA in 2012.
