The grey-bellied hawk or grey-bellied goshawk (Accipiter poliogaster) is a species of bird of prey in the family Accipitridae.
It is black with a pale grey belly, orange eyes and yellow feet. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
