Deerfield is a village in Dane County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 2,319 at the 2010 census. The village is located within the Town of Deerfield. It is part of the Madison Metropolitan Statistical Area. A post office called Deerfield has been in operation since 1846. The village took its name from the Town of Deerfield.
