Buffalo Springs is a village in Lubbock County, Texas, United States. The population was 453 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Lubbock Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Buffalo Springs is located at 33°31′56″N 101°42′33″W / 33.53222°N 101.70917°W / 33.53222; -101.70917 (33.532126, -101.709242).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.9 square miles (5.0 km2), of which 1.5 square miles (4.0 km2) is land and 0.39 square miles (1.0 km2), or 20.73%, is water.
