Ainslie St. Transit Terminal is the main hub for local Grand River Transit bus services in Cambridge, Ontario. It was built as a replacement for the Mill Street Terminal (Mill Street near Main Street and Ainslie Street), in response to a 1988 report, commissioned by the city, which concluded that the existing facilities were totally inadequate and should be shut down.

The building is a single-story facility with a waiting room, ticket counter, public washrooms, and vending machines. It is surrounded on all sides by bus platforms, with the only access to and from the surrounding streets by crossing the bus right-of-way.

As well as being the hub for local routes within the City of Cambridge and some intercity connections, it is the southerly terminus for iXpress, the limited stop express bus service, which is the spine of the transit system and a precursor of a fully fledged light rail line,

Daily intercity service to Hamilton, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, ON and Buffalo, NY.

Monday to Friday intercity service to Milton.
