The 1993 Davis Cup was the 82nd edition of the most important tournament between national teams in men's tennis. A total of 100 nations participated in the tournament. In the final, Germany defeated Australia at Exhibition Hall in Düsseldorf, Germany, on 3-5 December.

The twelve teams in Group III were divided into two pools of six, each of which played a round-robin tournament. The top two teams in each pool were promoted to Group II for 1994.
