Worth is a village in Cook County, Illinois, United States, a suburb of Chicago. The population was 10,789 at the 2010 census.

According to the 2010 census, Worth has a total area of 2.383 square miles (6.17 km2), of which 2.37 square miles (6.14 km2) (or 99.45%) is land and 0.013 square miles (0.03 km2) (or 0.55%) is water.
