Major-General Walter Edmond Clutterbuck DSO MC (17 November 1894 – 1987) was a senior British Army officer who commanded the 1st Infantry Division during World War II.

Clutterbuck was commissioned into the Royal Scots Fusiliers in 1913 at the start of the First World War and served in Gallipoli, Egypt, Palestine and South Russia. He also served in World War II as Commanding Officer of 1st Bn Royal Scots Fusiliers from 1939, as Commander of 10th Infantry Brigade from 1940 and as General Officer Commanding 1st Infantry Division in North Africa and Italy from 1941. In 1943 he became General Officer Commanding 55th Division. After the War he was Head of the British Military Mission to Egypt before retiring in 1946.

In 1919 he married Gwendolin Atterbury Younger; they had one son and two daughters.
