Transacqua is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) east of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,007 and an area of 35.6 square kilometres (13.7 sq mi).
The municipality of Transacqua contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Ormanico (Hermannich) and Pieve.
