Suzemsky District (Russian: Сузе́мский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,339.32 square kilometers (517.11 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Suzemka. Population: 16,654 (2010 Census); 19,513 (2002 Census);20,786 (1989 Census). The population of Suzemka accounts for 54.8% of the district's total population.
