Isokyrö (Swedish: Storkyro) is a municipality of Finland.
It is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Ostrobothnia region. The municipality has a population of 4,693 (31 August 2017) and covers an area of 356.91 square kilometres (137.80 sq mi) of which 2.79 km2 (1.08 sq mi) is water. The population density is 13.25 inhabitants per square kilometre (34.3/sq mi).
The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
