Startenhuizen (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈstɑrtə(n)ˌɦœyzə(n)]) is a small town/village at the border of the municipals Eemsmond and Loppersum in the northeastern Netherlands. It is divided in two parts, the biggest in Loppersum, and a few farms in Eemsmond. Population: About 175
