Spencer Turrin (born 29 August 1991) in Maitland, New South Wales is an Australian Olympic representative rower who competed and placed at World Rowing Championships from 2013 to 2015.
Turrin grew up at Dungog, New South Wales and took up rowing in his high school years at Sydney's St Joseph's College, Hunters Hill.
His senior career has been with Sydney Rowing Club since 2006. In 2014 he was seated in the New South Wales state VIII which won the Kings Cup at the Australian Rowing Championships. That same year he rowed in the New South Wales state champion pair and four.
At the 2013 World Rowing Championships in Chungju, South Korea Turrin was selected to represent Australia in the Coxless four with Will Lockwood, Josh Dunkley-Smith and Alexander Lloyd. The crew placed 2nd in the final, losing to The Netherlands by a split second.
In the final of the 2014 World Rowing Championships in Amsterdam, in a coxless four with Dunkley-Smith, Lloyd and Fergus Pragnell, Turrin won the bronze medal.
At the 2015 World Rowing Championships on Lac d'Aiguebelette, Aiguebelette in France he won the silver medal in the men's coxless four in a crew with Will Lockwood, Dunkley-Smith & Alexander Hill.
