Semenivka (Ukrainian: Семéнівка, Russian: Семёновка) is a town in Poltava Oblast (province) of Ukraine. The population was 6,264 in 2015. It is the centre of Semenivskyi Raion.
Semenivka was founded in the 16th century on the place of horse post station. It was named after Semen Rodzianko.
