Roy Nissany (Hebrew: רוי ניסני; born 30 November 1994) is an Israeli racing driver. Competing for Mücke Motorsport, he placed 17th in the drivers standings in the 2014 FIA European Formula 3 Championship.
Nissany was born in Tel Aviv, Israel, and resides in Herzliya. He is the son of the former one-time Minardi F1 Team test driver, Chanoch Nissany, and began competing in kart racing at the age of five.
