Ravindra Kumar Rai is an Indian politician and a member of parliament to the 16th Lok Sabha from Kodarma (Lok Sabha constituency), Jharkhand. He won the Indian general election, 2014 as a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate. He was earlier a member of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. He was elected from Dhanwar in Giridih District as a candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party. He was also MoS for Mines and Minerals and Geology Department in first government of Babulal Marandi in Jharkhand. Later in the government of Arjun Munda, he became Cabinet Minister of Industry and Labor.
Currently, he is also BJP's Jharkhand state unit's president.
