Qareh Poshtelu-e Bala Rural District (Persian: دهستان قره پشتلوبالا) is a rural district (dehestan) in Qareh Poshtelu District, Zanjan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population (including Armaghankhaneh, which was subsequently detached from the rural district and promoted to city status) was 13,915, in 3,250 families; excluding Armaghankhaneh, the population (as of 2006) was 12,334, in 2,874 families..
