Zanjan County (Persian: شهرستان زنجان) is a county in Zanjan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Zanjan. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 442,728, in 113,883 families. The county is subdivided into three districts: the Central District (Zanjan County), Zanjanrud District, and Qareh Poshtelu District. The county has three cities: Zanjan, Nik Pey, and Armaghankhaneh.
