Nostra Signora di Guadalupe e San Filippo Martire in Via Aurelia (Our Lady of Guadalupe and St Philip Martyr in Via Aurelia), national church of Mexico in Rome. Built 1960 and established as a titular church by Pope John Paul II in 1991, with Juan Jesús Posadas Ocampo as the first titular Cardinal-Priest (1991-1993). It is served by the Legionaries of Christ.

It was built between 1955 and 1958 by architect Gianni Mazzocca and Mexican national church in Rome was consecrated by Cardinal Vicar Clemente Micara December 12, 1958. The church is home to the parish, which was established September 22, 1960 by decree of the Cardinal Vicar Clemente Micara, and entrusted to the Legionaries of Christ, who are its owners. In January 1991, Pope John Paul II elevated to the rank of minor basilica. [1] It is the home of the titular church of Our Lady of Guadalupe and St. Philip the Martyr in Via Aurelia, instituted by Pope John Paul II on 28 June 1991. Juan Sandoval Iñiguez is the incumbent cardinal-protector since 1994.
