Navlinsky District (Russian: На́влинский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,012 square kilometers (777 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Navlya. Population: 28,341 (2010 Census); 29,783 (2002 Census);32,189 (1989 Census). The population of Navlya accounts for 50.7% of the district's total population.
