Mikhail Kozlovskiy (born 17 October 1989 in Saint Petersburg) is a Russian auto racing driver. He currently races in the World Touring Car Championship with Lada Sport Lukoil.

Kozlovskiy was brought in to the Lada Sport Lukoil team prior to the second round of the 2013 World Touring Car Championship season in Morocco to replace Aleksey Dudukalo in their second Lada Granta WTCC alongside experienced touring car driver James Thompson. After incident in the second part of qualifying at the Race of Austria which saw twelve drivers penalised for unsporting behaviour, Kozlovskiy was promoted to fourth on the grid. He dropped back down the order during the first race and finished 16th. At the Race of Portugal he sustained damage in practice and missed qualifying as a result. Starting from the back in race one, he was given a 30–second time penalty after the race for speeding during the rolling start procedure. Kozlovskiy was last in qualifying once again at the Race of Argentina, this time after his qualifying times were deleted when his team breached parc fermé regulations by connecting a laptop to his car after Q1. At the final race of the season in Macau, Kozlovskiy was involved in an incident at the start which saw six car eliminated at the first car by the spinning Honda of Norbert Michelisz. He ended the season not classified in the drivers' championship on zero points.

Kozlovskiy was retained by Lada Sport Lukoil for the 2014 World Touring Car Championship season as the team expanded to three cars with the addition of 2012 series champion Robert Huff to the team. He scored his first championship points at the opening event of the season in Morocco, finishing fifth in race two.
