Mihai Doru Pintilii (born 9 November 1984) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Steaua București and the Romania national team.
Pintilii is mainly deployed as a defensive midfielder or a box-to-box midfielder and is known for his combative playing style, being physically strong.
In May 2012, Pintilii was transferred by Steaua București from fellow league side Pandurii Târgu Jiu in exchange of €600,000 and the loan of Mihai Răduț. He scored his first double in the first division on 2 March 2013 against Gaz Metan Mediaș.
On 7 June 2014, Pintilii signed a three-year contract with Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal. He was an important part of the team that reached the final of the 2014 AFC Champions League, where Al-Hilal were defeated by Western Sydney Wanderers.
On 19 June 2015, he signed a three-year contract with Israeli top-flight club Hapoel Tel Aviv.
Pintilii made his debut for the Romania national team on 10 August 2011, in a friendly game against San Marino.
