Miguel Ángel Falasca Fernández (born April 29, 1973) is a former Spanish volleyball player, a member of Spain men's national volleyball team in 1993-2009, a participant of the Olympic Games (Sydney 2000), 2007 European Champion, a medalist of the European League (gold in 2007, silver in 2009, bronze in 2005), three-time Spanish Champion, three-time Polish Champion, head coach of Czech Republic men's national volleyball team and Italian club Gi Group Monza.

Falasca was born in Mendoza, Argentina. His grandfather came from Italy. His father Juan Carlos is a former volleyball player from Argentina, and his mother is a native Spaniard. At the age of 16, due to the unstable economic situation in Argentina, Falasca family decided to move to Spain. Miguel, his parents, sister Mariel and his younger brother, who is also volleyball player and European Champion 2007 - Guillermo were sent to Málaga first, and then to the Canary Islands. He is married to Esther Custodio. They have two children - daughter Sara and son Daniel (born 2003).
