Loos (French pronunciation: [lɔs]) is a commune in the Nord department in northern France.
It is located in the metropolitan Urban Community of Lille Métropole, and is a suburb of the city of Lille, bordering it on its southwest side. In the 1999 census, Loos had a population of 20,869. The commune has a land area of 6.95 km² (2.683 sq mi).
Loos is twinned with Geseke, Germany.
