Litchfield Township is a township in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, United States. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 1,320.
Litchfield Township is located in northern Bradford County, along the New York state line. It is bordered by Windham Township to the east, Rome Township to the east and south, Sheshequin Township to the south and Athens Township to the west. To the north, in Tioga County, New York, is the town of Nichols.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 30.4 square miles (78.7 km2), of which 30.2 square miles (78.1 km2) is land and 0.23 square miles (0.6 km2), or 0.77%, is water. Children residing in the township are assigned to attend the Sayre Area School District.
As of the census of 2000, there were 1,307 people, 501 households, and 401 families residing in the township. The population density was 43.4 people per square mile (16.8/km²). There were 546 housing units at an average density of 18.1/sq mi (7.0/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 97.78% White, 0.23% African American, 0.77% Native American, 0.23% Asian, 0.15% Pacific Islander, 0.08% from other races, and 0.77% from two or more races.
