Lago is a census-designated place (CDP) in Cameron County, Texas, United States. The population was 204 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Brownsville–Harlingen Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Lago is located west of the center of Cameron County at 26°5′17″N 97°36′46″W / 26.08806°N 97.61278°W (26.087960, -97.612821). It is 4 miles (6 km) south of San Benito and 18 miles (29 km) northwest of the center of Brownsville.
