Kronoby (Finnish: Kruunupyy) is a municipality of Finland.
Kronoby is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Ostrobothnia region. The municipality has a population of 6,654 (31 March 2016) and covers an area of 712.68 square kilometres (275.17 sq mi) of which 40.3 km2 (15.6 sq mi) is water. The population density is 9.34 inhabitants per square kilometre (24.2/sq mi).
The municipality is bilingual, with the majority speaking Swedish ( 83.3%) and the minority Finnish ( 15.6%).
Kokkola-Pietarsaari Airport is located in Kronoby.
