Krasnogorsky District (Russian: Красного́рский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,081 square kilometers (417 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Krasnaya Gora. Population: 13,208 (2010 Census); 16,863 (2002 Census);23,26 (1989 Census). The population of Krasnaya Gora accounts for 44.7% of the district's total population.
