Klesiv (Ukrainian: Клесів; Polish: Klesów) is an urban-type settlement in the Sarny Raion (district) of Rivne Oblast (province) in western Ukraine. Its population is 4,624 as of the 2001 Ukrainian Census.
Klesiv was first founded in the beginning of the 20th century as Klesów, then a part of the modern-day nation state of Poland. After the Soviet annexation of Western Ukraine, Klesiv acquired the status of an urban-type settlement in 1940.
There are placer deposits of amber near Klesiv.
