Kinu Nishimura (Japanese: 西村 キヌ, Hepburn: Nishimura Kinu) is a Japanese video game artist. She is best known for her character design and promotional artwork for Capcom's fighting games.

Nishimura began working at Capcom in 1991, with her first project for them being The King of Dragons. During her time at Capcom, she provided designs and art for many of their games, including the Street Fighter series. She no longer is a full-time Capcom employee, but still worked on Capcom games such as 2008's Street Fighter IV and 2011's Marvel vs. Capcom 3. In 2011, she worked on the art for Agatsuma Entertainment's 2012 title Code of Princess, being in charge of the characters and the game world. The game's producer said in 2013 that he wanted to create a sequel, and that Nishimura had come up with some ideas for one already.

She has also created designs for animated TV series, including Overman King Gainer.

Kotaku featured Nishimura in an article series intended to celebrate the work of video game artists, and called her "one of the most accomplished artists to have ever worked in video games".
