Kentucky Route 245 (KY 245) is an east–west primary state highway in north-central Kentucky. The highway traverses Bullitt and Nelson counties, and it is maintained by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
The highway begins at a junction with KY 61 north of Lebanon Junction. The highway immediately traverses the exit 112 interchange of Interstate 65 (I-65) before passing through Clermont. The highway enters Nelson County, and has intersections with U.S. Route 150 (US 150) and US 31E on the north side of Bardstown, then it crosses US 62 on the east side, and then ends at another junction with a solo US 150 near that highway junction with the Martha Layne Collins Bluegrass Parkway.
Listed from west to east.
The highway was established as an unimproved JY 332 when the state's highway system began. It was redesignated as KY 245 at some point between 1940 and 1957.
