Hong Kah North Single Member Constituency (Chinese: 丰加北单选区; Malay: Kawasan Undi Perseorangan Hong Kah North; Tamil: ஹொங் கா நார்த் தனித்தொகுதி) is a Single-Member Constituency in the Western Part of Singapore. Formerly a ward of Hong Kah GRC throughout the ward's existence, from 1991 to 2011, it was crafted out as a SMC during the 2011 elections.

This constituency covers the western areas of Singapore, consisting of Bulim (Jurong West), Bukit Gombak and Tengah.

Together with Chua Chu Kang GRC, it is currently under the management of Chua Chu Kang Town Council. Prior to the 2011 general election, a five-year plan was introduced by PAP, which plan includes replacing current bus stops (those orange-white type used in the 1990s) along Jurong West Avenue 5 and 3, at the constituency, with new modern bus stops (those grey ones used in the 2000s).

In the 2011 general election, this ward gave the People's Action Party a strong mandate of 70.6% despite the national average dropping to 60.1%. Sin Kek Tong also received the second-lowest percentage of votes from all candidates, behind another candidate Desmond Lim who took a share of 4.45% of the votes in Punngol East SMC during a three-cornered fight.
