Day69 (stylized as DAY69) is the debut mixtape by American rapper 6ix9ine. It was released on February 23, 2018, by ScumGang Records and TenThousand Projects (formerly known as Elliott Grainge Entertainment) and distributed by Universal Music Group via Interscope Records. The mixtape includes guest appearances from Young Thug, Tory Lanez, Fetty Wap, A Boogie wit da Hoodie and Offset. It was supported by three singles, "Gummo", "Kooda" and "Keke".
On February 20, 2018, 6ix9ine revealed the final artwork and tracklist of the mixtape.
The project was engineered by Wizard Lee at Feet 1st Studios.
The lead single, "Gummo", was released on November 10, 2017. It was produced by Pi'erre Bourne and peaked at number 12 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
A month later, the second single, "Kooda", was released on December 3, 2017. The song references Scumgang Records, Xanax, Ruger, and Fendi, among others. It debuted at number 61 on the US Billboard Hot 100 the week of December 23, 2017, and peaked at number 50. An accompanying music video for the song premiered on WorldStarHipHop via its YouTube channel. It features 6ix9ine in the streets of New York with members of the Bloods and Crips gangs, in a similar vein to the music video for "Gummo".
