Dataram Corporation, founded in 1967, is a manufacturer of computer memory and software products. The company is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey.

Dataram was founded in 1967 as a supplier of original equipment memory to Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1968, Dataram completed its initial public offering. Dataram supplies 70 of the Fortune 100 companies, and governmental agencies including the Department of Defense. Dataram’s memory products are sold worldwide to OEMs, distributors, value-added resellers and end users. The company's manufacturing facility is in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, United States, and sales offices in the United States, Europe and Japan. The company supplies memory products for workstations and computer servers sold by Dell, Cisco, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Lenovo and Oracle.

Dataram provided core memory for many early Digital Equipment computer systems.

Dataram provides compatible server memory for leading brands including HP, IBM, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Dell, Cisco, Lenovo, Intel and AMD.

Dataram RAMDisk software is used to create a virtual RAM drive, or block of memory, which your computer treats as if it were a disk drive. It can speed up internet load times and disk-to-disk activities, accelerate databases and reduce compile times. The software is offered in both freeware and licensed versions.

Dataram's Performance Optimization and Total Cost of Computing Reduction program is a consulting service intended to reduce clients' costs and improve performance. The company offers services including engineering design and support, proof of concept engagements, customized consignment and product on-demand offerings, and installation services.

In the fall of 2009 Dataram's Chief Technologist won the Tech Awards Circle in the Technologist of the Year category.

In September 2011, Dataram was honored by being listed in the 20th Annual Edition of The Star-Ledger's Top 100 Companies.

Dataram's manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 certified, and its Intel and major clone servers, desktops, RAID, and barebones notebooks have been CMTL certified. In 2001 Dataram was named #52 in the Fortune's 100 Fastest Growing Small Companies. The company is a member of the American Council for Technology (ACT), the Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC), the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA), Technical Support Alliance Network (TSANet), and a VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP).
