DYRK (96.3 FM), broadcasting as 96.3 WRocK [Cebu], is a music FM radio station owned by ACWS - United Broadcasting Network / Exodus Broadcasting Company (also operating under the trade name WRocK Entertainment) in the Philippines. The station's studio and transmitter are located at 20th Floor of Golden Peak Hotel and Suites, Gorordo Ave., cor. Escario St., Cebu City. The main format of the station is soft rock/adult contemporary music. It operates 24 hours a day except Sundays where it closes down from 11 PM until 5 AM of Monday.
In 1993, ACWS - United Broadcasting Network, Inc. (ACWS-UBN) established the Cebu radio station DYRK, more popularly called 96.3 WRocK Cebu, on the FM band. In 2008, 96.3 WRocK Cebu is jointly run by Exodus Broadcasting Company (a sister company of ACWS-United Broadcasting Network, Inc.).
On October 6, 2008, it has been announced that the Elizalde Group of Companies' Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) has purchased WRocK from the Hodreal family, owners of ACWS-UBN, for PhP229.6 million. Except for the acquisition price, further terms were not disclosed.
While the Manila radio station (DWRK) is under the control of MBC's subsidiary Cebu Broadcasting Company, ACWS-UBN retains control of the WRocK provincial stations after the said acquisition. In the same year of acquisition, ACWS-UBN decided to re-establish the original WRocK format via online stream branding it as "WRocK Online" through Hayag.com while DYRK was relaunched as a separate entity from WRocK Online.
In 2010, the Davao and Bacolod stations, as well as WRocK Online, were discontinued (the Davao station were became under the UMBN blocktimer and rebranded as 95.5 Hit Radio then to Retro 95.5 in 2016) and the station (DYRK) is now the sole station that still exists amongst the provincial stations.
