Centaline Property Agency Limited is one of the largest property agencies in Hong Kong. It was established in 1978 by Shih Wing-ching. Centaline Holdings is also the major shareholder of another property agency in Hong Kong, Ricacorp Properties Limited
Founded in 1978, Centaline Property Agency Limited is the flagship company of the Centaline Group today. Throughout the decades, Centaline has extended its service arm from the residential sector to various sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, car-parking spaces, bank-owned real estate properties and government quarters. In recent years, the company has evolved to become a one-stop property services provider by adding new services such as project management, surveying, mortgage brokerage and leasing management.
With nearly 40,000 employees and more than 2,000 offices, the Centaline Group is one of the largest real estate agencies in the region. In recent years, the business has expanded to Taipei and Singapore markets, and is gradually expanding in other Chinese-speaking areas around the world.
Centaline has developed a comprehensive branch network and strong sales team. Throughout the years, the company has advocated the belief of "Market Transparency and A Fair Deal". To this end, the company has been providing free market information through its websites, Centanet, Centamap, Centaline Property Network, Centa-City Index (CCI) and Centa-City Leading Index (CCL).
With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate market in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao, the Centaline Group has set up branches in 39 cities and works in hundreds of cities across the country.
In November 2016, Centaline launched a cloud-based video value-added service called Centrelink to allow the company's approximately 4,500 agents in Hong Kong to shoot video footage, edit and upload it using their mobile devices, providing residential property hunters with a walk through of every part of a home.
