Bike Share Toronto is a bicycle sharing system located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Launched by Public Bike System Company (PBSC) under the BIXI brand; the system was taken over by the Toronto Parking Authority in 2013 after PBSC acknowledged that it could not pay back a $3.9-million loan from the City of Toronto; and had filed for bankruptcy. Bike Share Toronto used to be operated by Motivate, which operates a number of bicycle sharing systems internationally.

The system was rebranded on April 1, 2014, using symbols similar to the 'Green P' logos used by the Toronto Parking Authority to mark the parking lots it manages. An expansion of the Bike share system launched on June 27, 2016 and scheduled to be completed by July 11, 2016 which was funded through a $4.9 million deal with Metrolinx as well as $1.1 million in section 37 funds. The system currently consists of 2,000 bicycles and 200 stations within the downtown Toronto area, which is roughly bounded by Dundas West Station, Lake Ontario, St Clair Avenue, and Main Street (TTC).

A sponsorship deal was announced with TD Canada Trust in December 2014, which will cover all operating costs. The support will keep Bike Share Toronto operational for at least two more years. TD sponsorship advertisements started appearing at bike racks in 2015.
