Askola (Finnish pronunciation: [ˈaskola]) is a municipality of Finland. It is located in the Uusimaa region. The municipality has a population of 5,104 (31 March 2016) and covers an area of 212.42 square kilometres (82.02 sq mi) of which 5.61 km2 (2.17 sq mi) is water. The population density is 24.03 inhabitants per square kilometre (62.2/sq mi). Neighbouring municipalities are Myrskylä, Mäntsälä, Pornainen, Porvoo and Pukkila.
The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
