Ashutosh Agashe (born 21 October 1972) is an Indian cricket player and businessman. He is the son of businessman and cricketer Dnyaneshwar Agashe, brother of music director Mandar Agashe and actress Sheetal Agashe, uncle of singer-songwriter Adi Agashé and grandson of industrialist Chandrashekhar Agashe. In his youth, he has played the Ranji Trophy. He is currently managing director of Brihan Maharashtra Sugar Syndicate.

Agashe was born on 21 October 1972 into an entrepreneurial Chitpavan brahmin family of businessman Dnyaneshwar Agashe and wife Rekha Agashe (née Gogte). He is the grandson of industrialist Chandrashekhar Agashe. He has one brother, music director Mandar Agashe and one sister. He is the uncle of singer-songwriter Adi Agashé, his brother's son.

He was awarded a BCom degree from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce in affiliation with the University of Pune.

He was married to Shalini Agashe (née Phadke) till 2013.

Agashe played cricket under his college, the University of Pune, before he represented his home state of Maharashtra in the Ranji Trophy and played for the Maharashtra cricket team from 1997 to 1999. His batting style is the Right-hand bat and his bowling style is Right-arm medium. He has also played List A from 1996 to 2000.

Agashe has been director to many companies and business, such as Brima Finance Ltd since 1994, Agashe Brothers Financing Company since 2009 and Baumgarten and Wallia since 2010. Agashe played a key role in establishing the partnership between Howling Wolves Wine Group of Australia and Brihan Maharashtra Sugar Syndicate in 2005 which planned to set up a wine production base in India. Agashe has been managing director at Brihan Maharashtra Sugar Syndicate since 1996.
