Andrew Bowie MP (born Arbroath, 28 May 1987) is a Scottish Conservative Party politician. He has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine since the 2017 general election, when he unseated the incumbent Scottish National Party MP Stuart Donaldson.
Bowie was educated at Inverurie Academy.He studied History and politics at the University of Aberdeen, becoming active in the University of Aberdeen Conservative and Unionist Association, ultimately becoming the Chairman of the association. Bowie then attended Britannia Royal Naval College before serving as an officer in the Royal Navy.
He began his political career as an assistant to the Conservative MEP Ian Duncan and then worked for Liam Kerr, who was elected to the Scottish Parliament in 2016.
Bowie was appointed Parliamentary Private Secretary (PPS) at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport in February 2018.
