The 2018 Brisbane International is a tournament of the 2018 ATP World Tour and 2018 WTA Tour. It is to be played on outdoor hard courts in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was the tenth edition of the tournament and took place at the Queensland Tennis Centre in Tennyson. It was held from 1 to 8 January 2018 as part of the Australian Open Series in preparation for the first Grand Slam of the year.
It was announced on 7 September 2017 that 2-time champion Andy Murray and 16-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal will commence their 2018 season at the Brisbane International.
