Negeri Sembilan FA have finished the previous season in 6th place in the Malaysia Premier League. Negeri Sembilan FA were knocked out of the 2015 Malaysia FA Cup in the 2nd-round by Penang FA, were knocked out of 2015 Malaysia Cup in play-off by ATM FA.
