The 2016 Big Sky Conference Men's Basketball Tournament was held from March 7–12, 2016 at the Reno Events Center in Reno, Nevada. This was the first Big Sky tournament to include all conference members and also the first to be held at a neutral site. The winner, Weber State, received the conference's automatic bid to the 2016 NCAA Tournament in a 62-59 win over Montana in the final.

All 12 Big Sky schools participate in the tournament. Teams will be seeded by conference season record. The top 4 teams received a first round bye.
