The 2009 Valencian Community motorcycle Grand Prix was the last round of the 2009 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season. It took place on the weekend of 6–8 November 2009 at the Circuit de Valencia. It was the final race of the 250cc class, as Moto2 replaced it from 2010 onwards. The MotoGP race was won by Dani Pedrosa.

* Alex Debón was due to start on pole position, but due to injuries sustained in qualifying practice he did not take part in the race. Therefore, everyone else was moved up one place on the starting grid.
