Wukan (traditional Chinese: 烏坎; simplified Chinese: 乌坎; pinyin: wūkǎn) is a coastal fishing village in Guangdong, China. It has a population of approximately 13,000 residents, and is located approximately 120 km east of Hong Kong near the Pacific coast. Administratively, Wukan is part of the Donghai subdistrict of Lufeng city, a county-level city within the prefecture-level Shanwei city.

Wukan became internationally notable as the site of the 2011 Wukan protests that resulted in the ousting of the ruling Communist Party of China's local government over allegations of corruption, the appointment of village leaders to positions within the Communist Party, and the holding of democratic elections to elect the new village chief and village council.
