The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB; French: Commission de la sécurité professionnelle et de l'assurance contre les accidents du travail) is an independent agency of the Ministry of Labour in Ontario, Canada responsible for providing workers' compensation to Ontario workers and no-fault insurance for Ontario's employers.

WSIB was established in 1998 following the dissolution of its predecessor organization. Its headquarters occupy 24 floors of the Simcoe Place skyscraper in downtown Toronto.

The Worker's Compensation Board was formed in 1914 when the Legislative Assembly of Ontario passed the Workmen's Compensation Act (later amended to the Worker's Compensation Act). The Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, passed by the Legislative Assembly in 1998, repealed the previous legislation and dissolved the Worker's Compensation Board which was replaced by the WSIB. The former Workman's Compensation Board's offices were at 90 Harbour Street from 1953 to 1973 (later the Ontario Provincial Police General Headquarters 1973-1995, now demolished) and later at Sheppard Avenue and Highway 400 (1973-1990s and has since been demolished and re-developed for residential homes).
