Winneconne is a village in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 2,383 at the 2010 census. The village is located within the Town of Winneconne. The Wolf River runs through the village.

Winneconne is located at 44°6'39" North, 88°42'51" West (44.111029, -88.714311).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.95 square miles (5.05 km²), of which, 1.53 square miles (3.96 km²) of it is land and 0.42 square miles (1.09 km²) is water.

The city was built along the banks of the Wolf Chain, which includes Lake Poygan, Lake Winneconne, and Lake Butte des Morts. Many bass fishing tournaments are held out of Winneconne due to its central location on the chain, despite the lack of a healthy bass population in the chain.

As of the census of 2010, there were 2,383 people, 1,027 households, and 678 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,557.5 inhabitants per square mile (601.4/km²). There were 1,198 housing units at an average density of 783.0 per square mile (302.3/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 97.5% White, 0.2% African American, 0.4% Native American, 0.3% Asian, 0.8% from other races, and 0.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.3% of the population.
